The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-b),26,35 of the Arms Act. Only live cartridges and some ornaments were recovered from the possession of the petitioner for that he is in jail since 30.04.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Gardanibagh P.S.
