JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2015 As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph 1 of the bail petition.

Heard both sides.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 394 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

A case of robbery of motor cycle was lodged against unknown. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Prem Prakash Gupta. Save and except the confessional statement, the I.O. did not collect any further material against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 08.07.2015 but he has not been put on T.I. parade.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43094 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 174 of 2013.
