This contempt application has been filed complaining non-compliance of the order dated 5.2.2016 passed by this Court in CWJC No.16219 of 2014, whereby the Block Development Officer, Araria was directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner regarding payment of retiral benefits and for its disposal within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the said order. A show cause has been filed and Mr. Ram Naresh Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner with

Patna High Court MJC No.2497 of 2016 (4) dt.08-02-2017 reference to Annexure 'B' thereof submits that the claim of the petitioner has been disposed of. The petitioner is not happy with the order but then the forum for the petitioner would be otherwise and not the contempt application and if so advised, the petitioner can question the order of the Block Development Officer present at Annexure 'B' by filing appropriate application before the appropriate forum.
