Mr.Rabindra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 671 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 420, 406, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he has obtained job on the basis of forged certificate. Considering the fact that the petitioner's performance was found by the respondent satisfactory, his contract was renewed after its expiry of one year.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the issue of use of forged certificate is subject matter of investigation, the Court is inclined

No.7245 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 to grant bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 671 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
