The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B / 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner obtained appointment to the post of 'Special Survey Amin' on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that without giving any notice or proper verification, the certificate, submitted by this petitioner, has been declared to be forged and fabricated by the concerned department. Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from the service. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8209 of 2023(2) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 been granted anticipatory bail by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 06.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70880 of 2022. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P. S. Case No. 75 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
