2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offences under Sections 451, 406, 409, 420, 380, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is that they have illegally sealed the premises. Mediation proceedings have failed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were ready to return the goods and are still ready to return the goods but it is the opposite party no. 02 who is not taking back the goods.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. The present dispute appears to be between the landlord and the tenant.
7. Considering the nature of dispute, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M.F.C., Patna/concerned court below in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 128 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
8. This application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
9. The learned counsel for the O.P. No. 02 has alleged that his client has suffered some loss. If his client has suffered
