Diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2015 in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections, 341, 448, 379, 504, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that actually the dispute between the parties, who are close relatives, arose on account of the maintenance of the mother by the family members. It is submitted that though there was a gun shot made by the petitioner, which was intended and aimed at the informant, the

It is further submitted that since all the parties are closely related family members, they have tried to compromise the matter so that a good relations within family may resume.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the period of custody and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri. K.K. Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Munger in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015.
