The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghoshi P.S.Case No.151 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 447, 323, 504, 354, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they came variously armed and abused the informant and there was specific allegation against this petitioner that he assaulted by Fasuli causing injury on his head and also torn the blouse of his daughter-in-law. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the allegations are false and concocted.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-I, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S.Case No.151 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is allowed.
