The allegation of setting the hut of the informant on fire is against Mutki Mehta and so far as petitioner is concerned; no specific overt act has been attributed against him. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties due to land dispute and having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Birendra Mehta and one another have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court by order dated 09-07-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No 22415 of 2015. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
