JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-02-2018 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that remedy of statutory appeal is available for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition which has not yet been availed.
2. In the above view of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate redressal before the Statutory Appellate Forum in accordance with law.
3. It is made clear that in case such an appeal is filed, the concerned authority would have regard to the present proceeding being pursued by the petitioner, while considering any issue relating to condonation of delay, if applicable.
