The petitioner seeks bail in Siwan (Muffasil) P.S. Case no. 264/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 7 of the E. C. Act.

The petitioner was the driver of a truck bearing registration no. UP 30A 6952. It is alleged that the petitioner had unloaded 12 bags of wheat for black-marketing.

It is submitted that the allegation is false. The petitioner is in jail since 06.07.2015. He has already remained in jail for two and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
