Petitioner being rice miller, lifted paddy under an agreement and he had to return CMR as per agreement but he failed to return near about 3778.10 quintals CMR to corporation. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 03-08-2015. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that even if, prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, it is only a case of breach of agreement and moreover, having similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44004 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nabinagar P.S.
