Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B),201 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is first wife of the husband of the deceased. Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same and on non-fulfillment of demand commission of dowry death. Submission is that the petitioner is standing at par with the deceased. She is in custody since 27.08.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17682 of 2021(2) dt.05-08-2021 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulparas Police Station Case No.230 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
