Co-accused Pankaj Sah, who happens to be full brother of the deceased, allegedly, had illicit relation with his Bhabi. Informant is father of the aforesaid Pankaj Sah and stated that on account of the aforesaid illicit relation, the above stated co-accused Pankaj Sah hired the petitioner and others and got eliminated the deceased of the present case.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that except confessional statement of co-accused Pankaj Sah and some call details, there is nothing against the petitioner and moreover, coaccused Pankaj Sah has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 5.8.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no.28610/2015.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44520 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K. Nagar P.S. Case no. 598/2014.
