JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "a) To direct to the respondent especially respondent Anchal Adhikari (Respondent No.4) to immediately remove the encroachment done by respondent no.10 from the land described below to facilitate the construction of a community Hall/ Dharam Shala thereon for which fund has been collected by the local public and further for a writ, order or direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.2525 of 2020(2) dt.19-09-2022 2/2 to the respondent Nagar Parishad, Danapur to issue No Objection Certificate to construct community Hall Dharamshala in the said land and/or for any other relief/reliefs which are appropriate under the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Danapur, District-Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Danapur, District-Patna, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
