The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case no. 15/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 326 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is an order giver and on the order of the petitioner, Sanjit Sah is said to have thrown acid on the body of Mahesh Sah. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case no. 15/2015.
