JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-02-2019 Though the petitioner was duly selected on the post of Anganwari Sevika in Anganwari Centre No. 4 of Bisf Block in the District of Madhubani but till date, the appointment letter has not been issued to her for no apparent reason. Times without number, the petitioner has been representing the concerned authorities but to no avail. The petitioner, under the aforesaid circumstances, is directed to make a representation before the District Programme Officer, Madhubani (respondent No. 4) within a period of two weeks, enclosing the details of the selection of

On receipt of such representation, the District Programme Officer, Madhubani (respondent No. 4) shall positively pass an order within three weeks of receipt of such representation. Should the petitioner feel aggrieved even by the decision of the District Programme Officer, Madhubani (respondent No. 4) or his not taking any action on the representation of the petitioner, it would be open for the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Madhubani (respondent No. 3) for the needful. Needless to state that in case the District Programme Officer, Madhubani does not comply with the direction of this Court, it would be open for the petitioner to approach this Court in the contempt jurisdiction.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition is disposed off.
