The petitioners seek bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 75 of 2016, instituted for the offence under Section (s) 498A and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are brothers-in-law of the deceased. In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 18.8.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on
