Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 283, 427, 332, 431, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of blocking the road along with FIR named accused causing difficulties to the Ambulance and other vehicles as well as obstructing the police personnel from discharging their duty.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation of any overt act against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the

No.7847 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 case, let the petitioner named above be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
