Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 10-05-2015 on the accusation that one loaded country-made pistol as well as one live cartridge and one motorcycle were recovered from his conscious possession.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 81 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur.
