JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-11-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to make payment of the outstanding amount to the tune of Rs. 6,26,751/-, in lieu of the expenditure made by the petitioner in landscape/plantation/beautification of Buxar Collectorate and Circuit House, Buxar, however, the learned counsel for the respondent-State submits, by referring to the counter affidavit filed in the present case, that the admitted outstanding dues of the petitioner amounting to a sum of Rs. 3,67,399/- has already stood paid to the petitioner, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 2.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the
