This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.11.2017 passed in Cr.WJC No. 1992 of 2017 wherein this Court had directed to release of the vehicle in favour of the petitioner on execution of bank guarantee of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Three Lac).

Prayer is for modification to the extent that besides bank guarantee of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Three Lac) as surety this Court may order for providing document of title deed of immovable property of equal value standing in the name of the petitioner. The prayer is allowed.

The order dated 22.11.2017 stands modified to the
