Keeping in view the reasons indicated in this application, it is directed that on the applicant's filing of the certified copy of this order along with a detailed representation before respondent no.4, the respondent no.4 shall proceed to decide the
Patna High Court CWJC No.14575 of 2017 dt.29-11-2017 2/2 encroachment in question in accordance with the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act. It may be clarified that before taking action in the matter, the respondent no.4 shall follow the process of law and issue notice to all concerned, hear them and thereafter decide the matter preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and direction, this application stands disposed of.
