2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Khajekala P.S. Case No. 430 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 310(2) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the two accused persons on the point of pistol committed robbery in the house of the informant. They took away various articles including the hard-disk of the CCTV camera, mobile phone etc.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. The F.I.R. was lodged against six unknown persons. During course of investigation, one Md. Raja has given his confessional statement and in his confessional statement, name of this petitioner has

It has further been submitted that from the possession of this petitioner, Rs. 5,000/- cash and a Samsung mobile was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the mobile and cash belong to the petitioner. It is not the subject matter of the offence. Petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 18.10.2025. It has also been submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Raushan Kumar has been granted bail by learned Co-ordinate Bench vide Cr. Misc. No.6100 of 2026. The case of this petitioner stands on similar footing.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the application for bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. First Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Khajekala P.S. Case No. 430 of 2025.
