JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The prayer for grant of bail of the petitioner in a case under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code was earlier rejected by order dated 04.03.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1437 of 2015, with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after remaining in custody for one year.

The petitioner submits that no Test Identification Parade has been held. The petitioner submits that he has been roped in one case into another. The petitioner is in custody since 07.09.2014.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
