JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2022 The case of the petitioner is that he is not claiming possession over any Gair Majarua Aam land belonging to the State Government and his claim is only over his raiyati land appertaining to Khata No. 6, Khesra No. 441 situated at village Sirchand, Nawada, District- Jamui.

In such view of the matter, it is submitted that the authorities be directed to re-measure and demarcate his land so that he can enjoy peaceful possession of the same. Having regard to the nature of the grievance of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District

Patna High Court CWJC No.1123 of 2018(2) dt.12-07-2022 2/2 Magistrate, Jamui by filing appropriate representation with regard to his aforesaid grievance and in case appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, appropriate decision thereon shall be taken, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
