2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 332, 353, 379, 504, 411, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 8 and 21 of the M.M.D.R. and Section 56(2) of the B.M.M.C..

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that these petitioners, along with other accused persons named in the F.I.R., assaulted police party and tried to get release of the seized tractor. Petitioner No. 1 has got two criminal antecedents and Petitioner No. 2 has got six criminal antecedents.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal
