The petitioner seeks bail in Sono P.S. Case no. 122/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is of course named in the FIR along with other accused persons but the informant stated that someone along with accused persons is assaulted with iron pipe causing injury on his head. Thereafter both sided quarreled with each other and pelted stones.
Learned counsel for the informant submits that the informant got grievous injury on his head but in the FIR it has not come that who is the author of the injury caused on the head of the informant.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43375 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Sono P.S. Case no. 122/2015.
