2. In view of the Arbitration Clause in the agreement between the petitioner and the Housing Board, the name of Mr. Pramod Bahadur Mathur, Retired District and Sessions Judge, has been suggested by both the parties to be appointed as Arbitrator to decide the dispute between the parties.

3. Mr. Pramod Bahadur Mathur, Retired District and Sessions Judge, having its office at Chamber No. 101, Bihar State Bar Council, Veerchand Patel Path, Patna-800001 and having Mobile Number is 9472967191 is appointed as Arbitrator in this case.
4. Mr. Mathur, will proceed to decide the dispute between the parties and the Housing Board as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
