2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"[A] For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction for setting aside the Notice dated 29-06-2017/28-06-2017 (Annexure- 5 Series) respectively relating to NoCase 502610116051700548, 502610116051700553, 502610116051700558 & 502610116051700560 issued under the signature of Circle Officer Tetaria, District- East Champaran whereby petitioners have been directed to vaccate the lands of Khata No- 21, Khesra No- 345/2 area 46 decimal, Khata No- 21, Khesra No- 345 area 96 decimal, Khata No- 50, 123, 31, Khesra No- 369, 305, 527 area 21, 75 & 12 decimal, Khata No- 21, Khesra No-345/3 area 96 decimal respectively mentioned in the said notice and leave the illegal possession over the said lands otherwise by following the due process of law and by using the police force possession will be taken and will be handed holders/respondents 3rd set herein. over to

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to satisfy the respondents after withdrawing the petition.
