2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of abducting the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. The victim has admitted her marriage. The petitioner is in jail since 05.10.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI-cum Special Judge, PoCSO, Lakhisarai/concerned Court in connection with Mednichowki P.S. Case No. 141 of 2023.
