It has been alleged that on getting confidential information regarding carriage of wine by Dinesh Sah and Surendra Sah over the motorcycle, the police proceeded, but they managed to escape. However, from a bag 571 piece, each containing 180 ml. foreign liquor (Indian origin) were seized.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Dinesh Sah, who has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 25.12.2019, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in Basantpur P.S.Case No. 409/2019.
