Petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- "A. For quashing office order vide memo no.

1658 dated 19.04.2020 issued under the Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar as contained in Annexure 3 by which direction has been given to the Primary Agriculture Cooperative Society hereinafter referred as "PACS" which have licence for running fair

Patna High Court CWJC No.6333 of 2021 dt.06-07-2021 2/3 price shop for procurement of food grains i.e., wheat/paddy and the beneficiary are required to be engaged with the nearest fair price shop for distribution of food items through point of sale (POS) as per decision of the higher authority considering pandemic COVID-19 and further such PACS/Vypaar Mandal can resume running their fair price shop after consent of the District Magistrate.

B. Also for quashing office order vide memo no. 386 dated 23.04.2020 as contained in Annexure 4 issued under the signature of District Magistrate, Samastipur to comply direction containing in memo no. 1658 dated 19.04.2020 as contained in Annexure 3.

C. Also for commanding the other respondents to not give effect to order vide memo no. 1658 dated 19.04.2020 and vide memo no. 368 dated 23.04.2020 in any manner and allow procurement of paddy/wheat as usual process prior to issuance of order as contained in Annexure 3.

D. Also for commanding the State Respondent to not procure Paddy/Wheat by Public Distribution System shops guaranteed under Bihar Targetted Public Distribution System (Control) Order 16 hereinafter referred as Order 16 as contained in Annexure 2.

E. Also for necessary relief/reliefs order/orders, direction/directions for which petitioner entitled in the eye of law."

It is submitted on behalf of counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of this writ petition, all grievances has been redressed by the respondents, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.
