JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nanpur P.S.Case No. 193 of 2018 registered under Sections 323, 341, 342, 366A, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case which will appear from the statement of girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. which is Annexure-2, in which she has not named this petitioner and named other accused persons.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

Case No. 193 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
