Case No. 286 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. There is recovery of 88.560 litres of liquor from the washroom of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has not been arrested in his house and he is in custody since 6.1.2020, having no criminal antecedent and he is ready to co-operate in the investigation.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional
