JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases but in the present case, only mobile and one masterkey are said to have been recovered from his conscious possession. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Patna in connection with Sessions
