The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The brother of the deceased made allegation that his sister was burnt to death within six months of her marriage. It is submitted that the petitioners are brothers-in-law of the deceased. The deceased accidentally got fire while cooking food. The husband of the deceased also got severe burn injuries in order to save her life. The husband of the deceased had remained under treatment for two months. Similarly situated co-accused Prafulla Yadav one of the brothers-in-law of the deceased has already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43061 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 14413 of 2015. The petitioners are also brothers-in-law of the deceased.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Banka in Banka P.S. Case No. 438 of 2014, corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 171 of 2015. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
