Petitioner is a widow who has approached this Court raising a grievance that her husband who was entitled to promotion as Reader was denied the benefit of promotion and consequential relief.
It appears from the writ petition that till date there is no decision one way or the other by the respondents. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-University to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner and if it is found that husband of the petitioner was entitled to promotion, the University is required to adopt corrective
Patna High Court CWJC No.14169 of 2017(2) dt.17-02-2020 2/2 measure and also ensure payment of the consequential benefit to this petitioner.
