Learned counsel for the Bihar School Examination Board submits that in pursuance of order dated 9.8.2021 of this Court, a supplementary counter affidavit has been filed by the Board stating therein that communication had already been issued to the concerned Agency i.e. S.K. Traders to dispose of the answer-sheets relating to Intermediate Science Examination, 2018.

In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel
