2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the letter dated 19.11.2013 whereby and where under the respondents authority has rejected the claim of the petitioner for compensation holding that the petitioner is not raiyat rather he was Sikmidar/Bataidar.

(ii) For further direction to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11357 of 2016(5) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 respondents authority to pay the compensation amount to the petitioner for the land acquired for widening of NH-77.

(iii) For further direction to the respondents authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within time framed.

(iv) For further direction to the respondents authority to hold enquiry as to why the compensation of the petitioner has not been paid till now.

(v) And for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate authority/court for the redressal of grievance.
