The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have fired and the firing of the petitioner hit on the left leg below knee of the informant. The doctor has opined the injury to be simple in nature. The petitioner is in jail for about 21⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K. Ratan, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in Daniawan P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015.
