2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patna Cyber P.S. Case No. 1537 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 111(1)(3)(4), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 66(C) & 66(D) of the IT Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of cheating different people by impersonating as police officer.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 10.09.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13228 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody and the clean antecedent of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Patna in connection with Patna Cyber P.S. Case No. 1537 of 2024 subject to conditions that:- (i).

The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Barahiya Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

(ii) Both the bailors should be close blood relatives of the petitioner.
