The petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 739 of 2017, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. The name of petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Rayees Yadav @ Raish Yadav in his confessional statement. He further submits that co-accused Rayees Yadav @ Raish Yadav has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 24.5.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 24079 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
