The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 246 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 414, 392, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The allegation against the present petitioner is that from his possession one country made pistol with six cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on
