JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that the order of this Court dated 29.03.2023 passed in CWJC No. 4107 of 2023 has stood complied with, with passing of the order dated 09.03.2024 by the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Case No. 7 of 2024, whereby and whereunder the application of the

Patna High Court MJC No.391 of 2024(4) dt.10-10-2025 2/2 petitioner has been rejected.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 09.03.2024 passed by the District Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah, by availing such remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The petition stands disposed off.
