In view of the aforesaid admitted fact, the order dated 03.11.2017 passed by the Director-in-Chief (Administration), Health Services, Bihar, Patna is quashed as far as the petitioner is concerned and the Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna is directed to take steps for issuance of appointment order to the petitioner herein against the post of Pharmacist within a period of three months from today, especially in view of the fact that the similarly situated person namely Suman Kumar Suman whose case was rejected by the same impugned order dated 03.11.2017,
