The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 241 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having intercepted the motorcycle of the informant and having committed loot.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is having a clean antecedent and neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor any T.I. Parade has been held so as to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime. It is submitted

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 241 of 2017.
