JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 08-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceeding. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79780/2018 for extension of time for furnishing bail bond mentioned in order passed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on 02.05.2019 passed in Cr. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79780/2018, but due to his sudden illness, the petitioner could not surrender and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14676 of 2021(4) dt.08-12-2021 2/2 furnish his bail bonds within the time directed by this Hon'ble Court. He further submits that the petitioner has already paid the agreed amount Rs. 3,75,000/- to the complainant Manoj Kumar Singh, which is mentioned in supplementary affidavit of this application.

Considering the same, let the period of surrender of the petitioner be extended by four weeks from today, in connection with Complaint Case No. 360(C) 2018 to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-XII, Bhojpur, Ara. Rest of the condition as stipulated in the order dated 02.05.2019 shall remain as it is.

Accordingly, the modification is allowed.
