2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with NCB Case (Crime) No. 12 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b) (ii)(c), 25 and 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985.

3. As per the prosecution case, 15.900 Kg. of Charas has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Considering the huge recovery, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
