The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No.214 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Considering the recovery, period of custody and the allegation levelled against the petitioner, the petitioner abovenamed is directed to be enlarged on bail after framing of charge or completion of one year of custody whichever is
